First of all it's a bar / restaurant off the lobby of a hotel with an outside entrance and a sign that makes it appear that it could be a stand alone business. If you're a local and this is a destination well I'm sorry surely there are better options, I ended up here after dropping off the rental car and grabbing the shuttle back to the hotel. After looking at the neighborhood there wasn't a chance in hell I was walking to any other nearby establishment and didn't feel like waiting on Uber being it was already getting late and I had at 5:20 AM boarding time at CLE.
I walked in the bar from the lobby, it was pretty empty the corner seats at the bar were taken except for one, it seemed everyone was trying to get some separation even though the Indians were playing ball on the over head televisions, the atmosphere here was anything but festive. You gotta love Cleveland sports although I doubt there were many fans here this night it seems most were business travelers and few paid attention to anything other than their iPhones and draft beer. I walked around the bar and grabbed the last open corner seat and Brittany the bar tender approached and gave me a big smile and welcomed me. I was wanting a Mule but they don't carry ginger beer so my next choice was Redbull and Tito's and she happened to have one can left so we went with that. As she mixed the cocktail I looked over the bar food options - as I expected it was mostly fried food, yeah I could of eaten a salad but I decided against it for many reasons and decided on the fried chicken sandwich and the onion strings uhm both were just okay I guess, it's amazing what you'll eat when you're in a captured environment. The bun was the best part, the condiments come in squeeze packets, the humidity killed the salt and the onion strings were disappointing but the cocktails were good pours and the service was good, I guess I wasn't as hungry as I thought I was... -

Visiting Cleveland while my Dad was at Cleveland Clinic. Highly impressed with the food, service, and management. The Pasta bar Lasagna, soup, and breadsticks were Fire!!!
